HealthyCuisine is a lifestyle program that help you to eat well and stay healthy.
The program includes freshly made, nutritionally balanced, and calorie controlled Chinese fusion Cuisine prepared and packaged to order, weekly on-line nutrition and healthy tips provided by Registered Dietitian and local events promoting healthy lifestyle for participants to join. Our meals can be customized to the needs of individual participants such as weight control, pregnancy/breastfeeding, diabetes, blood pressure, teenagers, and those with increased calorie needs at additional cost. Our participants are entitled to a free diet analysis with our dietitian.
